A 2-hour workshop focused on transformative deep chakra physical work,
mental, emotional & somatic release. This class will vigorously engage,
cause reflection and ultimately inspiration.
EarthRise DJ Yoga Class: Anahata Opening - 7 pm ($20)
A 90-minute Vinyasa-based class, fueled by the global beats of Canada's
premier yoga DJ, Richard 'medicineman' Martin. This class will uplift
students in a series of rigorous, heart-opening, fourth chakra-focused
backbends.
Bhakti Beat: Groove Party - 9 pm ($10)

Join us for one of the most elevated loft parties in the city, as Derek
shifts gears to team up with Richard for a night of world funk and
hypnotic rhythms. Dance, groove, chat, chill, as we devote ourselves to
