Combining Ukrainian folk music with modern attitude, this Kyiv-based cult phenomenon create a cutting-edge, transnational sound. Ranging from delicate atmospheres to massive grooves, DakhaBrakha mix village roots with elements of minimalism and the precision of techno into a rich, dark and wild 'folk music of the future' (fRoots). Accompanied by a globe-spanning range of instrumentation, three female voices of fierce power take the audience on a mesmerizing journey of sound, soul and ancient ritual.
