Master drummer Amadou Kienou, originally from Burkina Faso, was initiated as a griot (an oral historian), one of a long line whose role is to preserve and transmit their people’s history, culture, and values. Nowadays, bringing the traditional to the contemporary, Amadou and his group delight international audiences with unique polyrhythmic expressions of emotions and memories.

Join us, for an evening of African rhythm and dance with great food vendors and drinks. It's a nice way to wind down your weekend. Enjoy the patio life, invite your friends and catch FREE performances in the heart of the city between June 27th and August 28th!
