Welcome to the hybrid - an INTIMATE LIVE SHOW with a DIGITAL EXPERIENCE!

Come out and see a performance by Boogát, live at the Small World Centre, where he seamlessly blends modernity with traditional Latin music like Cumbia, Salsa, Reggaeton and more. The audience will then be transported to Winnipeg - through a live digital experience - where Mariachi Ghost will summon the ghosts of old Mexico through traditional Mexican song, haunting synths and explosive guitar lines, at Crankie Festival.

Boogát is a Mexicanadian singer, composer, producer, performer, DJ and radio host from the Hip-Hop generation. He has been working steadily in this field since he was 15, in Canada and abroad, with hundreds of artists, from the worldwide underground to regional superstars. Over the years he has won 1 Juno Award, 3 Félix (ADISQ), 1 GAMIQ and a bunch of other awards that only OGs remember…

Mariachi Ghost has played festival stages such as Interstellar Rodeo, the Pan-American Games and the Winnipeg Folk Fest mainstage. The band has performed at SXSW, Tallinn Music Week, Mundial Montreal and Breakout West. They have won 4 Western Canadian Music Awards and received critical acclaim worldwide. 2018 saw the debut of ‘Rencor Vivo’, a Rock Opera based on the music from their second album ‘Puro Dolor’ which takes inspiration from the seminal work of Mexican novel “Pedro Paramo”.
