CD Release Concert

Dorjee Tsering has devoted his life to learning the ancient ways of Tibetan music and sharing these traditions with as many people as he can. At folk festivals, in clubs large and small, at house concerts and on CD and video, across Canada, in Europe and India, Dorjee has brought attention his endangered culture.

If Tibetan culture is going to thrive, it has to adapt and grow. To that end, the gifted singer and multi-instrumentalist recently teamed up with Canadian producer and composer, Lou Natale, to bring Tibetan music into the modern world. This concert celebrates the release of his new CD Năng (Tibetan for ‘Home').
