Infinite Jest is about new combinations, play and creativity. Electronic artists, culturally diverse musicians, DJs and visual artists gather monthly to share music - experimental, electronic and global. Small World Music is proud to partner with Link Music Lab to present this series centred on taking risks and introducing artists/creators to one another.

About the Artists:

Korea Town Acid’s sonic palette is a complimentary fusion of disparate influences with her rich background in classical piano juxtaposed against a fervent love for the dynamic rhythms of hip-hop and the kaleidoscopic melodies of K-pop.

Dastgâmachine is a group consisting of Persian electric setar (Mahmood Schricker), synthetic sound (Caleb Klager), organic sound selection (Neonlitcher). Together they embrace experimental electronics inspired by the Persian Dastga system and ancient melodies both disrupted and harmonized by new sounds and radical approaches in dialogue.

Farbod Maeen is a Toronto-based artist and composer focused on electroacoustic music and audiovisual work. Drawing inspiration from Iranian geometry and architecture, his soundscapes blend acoustic and electronic elements, creating immersive experiences that connect tradition with modernity.

BSMT254 is a live music and DJ venue that specializes in introducing the people of Toronto to music they should really get down with.
