R. Flex
“The past is not done with us.” R. Flex brings a powerful show, a sonic and visual odyssey that bends time, space, and sound, best described as “Black To The Future.” Watch R. Flex’s blend of electro-pop and alt-R&B dissolve into fluid rhythms and pulsating lights. Through digitized poetry, immersive soundscapes, and shifting visuals, this performance blurs boundaries between what was, what is, and what’s to come. The question remains: do we choose to listen, or do we choose silence?

Cheeky R&B creator, R. Flex, dares to change the shape of R&B. Blending in electronic sounds and pop hooks, they channel the impish spirit of Janet Jackson, Tinashe, and Kelela while pushing the genre’s BPM to truly exciting places. Their commitment to storytelling through music and fashion explores topics such as intimacy, self-discovery, identity, queer desire and empowerment. They challenge traditional narratives of love and self-love, creating safe spaces for queer joy and expression.
