Niladri Kumar is the face of the new generation of sitar. The son of Pandit Kartick Kumar, senior disciple of Pandit Ravi Shankar, he has been performing since childhood. His sublime talents are augmented by an adventurous sensibility leading to collaborations with prominent western artists including John McLaughlin and Herbie Hancock.
Tabla maestro Aditya Kalyanpur, a disciple of the great Zakir Hussain, has made a distinguished career working with some of the most prestigious names in Indian and western music, from Shivkumar Sharma to AR Rahman, Pandit Jasraj to Larry Coryell.
