Pianist and composer Alfredo Rodriguez has been described by the legendary Quincy Jones as "one of the most prolific and gifted jazz pianists of the 21st century." A protege of Jones, Rodriguez released his third album, Tocororo, this past March; the music represents the cross pollination of his Cuban culture with all of the cultures he has experienced throughout his musical journey.
