On Saturday, we’re delighted to once again partner with the folks at Harbourfront Centre for another swing around the ol’ ice rink with a DJ Skate Night @ HFC! We take our GLOBETROTTER brand, Toronto’s monthly dance floor collision of world music and DJ culture, to the lakeside with the inimitable DJ medicineman. From Afro-Latin Funk to Indo-Arabic Dub to Electro Gypsy Swing, Richard is set to deliver a cross-cultural concoction to sizzle your skates and groove you into the night.
Don’t have skates? Can’t find your lucky helmet? Don’t worry – Harbourfront Centre offers affordable rentals in the Skate Change Room!
Tickets for Goran Bregovic are moving, so if you want in on the party at Massey Hall on March 4th, don’t hesitate!
