Ticket Purchase Restrictions

To ensure fair access for all guests, Small World Music maintains a default limit of 10 tickets per purchase, though these limits may vary depending on specific artist or event requirements. Additional promotions or access codes offered during the sale period are excluded from this limit unless otherwise stated.

Purchases made using multiple accounts, billing addresses, or similar payment methods in an attempt to exceed these limits may result in ticket cancellation without notice. In such cases, we may refund the ticket price only; all associated processing and service fees remain strictly non-refundable.

Certain tickets may be sold with specific conditions or seat restrictions, such as a side, limited, or obstructed view. Any such restrictions will be clearly stated prior to or at the time of booking. It is the purchaser’s sole responsibility to review and understand all restrictions before completing a purchase.

No refunds or adjustments will be issued on the day of the event.

Ticket Prices and Adjustments

Small World Music reserves the right to adjust ticket prices, taxes, and service fees at any time without prior notice. Please be advised that we do not provide price adjustments, price matching, or refunds based on fluctuations in ticket pricing or subsequent promotions. All sales are final at the time of purchase, and it is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm the total price, including all applicable fees, before completing the transaction.

Performance Schedule and Timing

We want you to have the best experience possible, so please keep in mind that event start and door times are subject to change without notice.

For clarity, door opening and closing times may differ from the actual performance schedule.

While we look forward to seeing you, Small World Music is not responsible for delays or schedule shifts. We kindly ask that you monitor your tickets and official communications for the most up-to-date info, as it is the purchaser's responsibility to stay informed. Small World Music assumes no liability for missed portions of a performance due to late arrival or changes in the event schedule.

Missed Performances

We want every show to be a smooth experience, so we encourage all guests to plan accordingly and arrive early prior to the posted performance times.

Please note that refunds will not be granted if a performance is missed due to transit closures, traffic, or other personal disruptions.

Exceptions to this policy only apply if Small World Music issues an official production notice announcing a formal change to the event.

Weather Policy

Unless otherwise officially communicated by Small World Music or our presenting partners, tickets that are not used due to inclement weather cannot be refunded.

We appreciate your understanding that our events move forward as scheduled unless a formal cancellation is issued. If an event is officially cancelled or rescheduled due to extreme weather, we will provide an official production notice regarding any applicable next steps.
